In addition to the miniseries were also presented the two documentaries just finished and which are part of the 1945 MOUNTAINMEN Project of the Memorie d'Italia museum in Iola di Montese. The first, introductory to the miniseries, focused on the history of the 10th Mountain Division, and subtitled HISTORY. The second, subtitled MEMORIES and TERRITORY, is a Then and Now of people, countries and battlefields. Towards the end you will find images of the main monuments to the 10th Mountain Division in the Italian North Apennines, all including geotags. The comment of veteran Jackob Pollack, 99 years old, 85th Regiment, HQ II Battalion, was enough for us to confirm the honorable work carried out.
